Our vacation was amazing. We had so much fun with our families! We started with Memorial Day weekend in St. George with my family, which meant sleeping, swimming, and eating lots of good food.

Then we spent 9 hours in traffic to California, and FINALLY made it to Disneyland! Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday we lived it up in Disneyland, Thursday in Harry Potter World, and then on Friday the men went to the Dodger’s game while we had a girls night in Disneyland and Downtown Disney.

This time was special to me because Reese finally feels old enough to ~get it, kind of. I was so excited to take her on a bunch of the rides and watch the parades with her, because she is way more interactive now than she was when we went in June and October last year. Watching her bounce and dance on all the rides and absolutely FREAK. OUT. when she saw Minnie Mouse in the parade honestly made the whole trip worth it.

As you might have imagined I have a LOT of things to say about Harry Potter World, so I think I’ll post about that on it’s own next week sometime. I also have been thinking a lot about what we did or should have done differently now that Reese is a toddler versus a baby, so I may post about Disney with a Toddler. Overall this trip was one of the best I’ve ever been on and we made memories that I feel will last a lifetime. Disneyland is the best.
